How much does the Next Level Urgent Care Program Cost?
The premium charged for a family on the plan regardless of the amount of dependents is $70. This will give you 100% coverage at their locations. There is not a cap on the amount of allowed visits on this plan for any of the covered services.
*Please note that this is just a deal with Next Level Urgent care locations and will not work with other providers. If you are interested in a major medical plan, I would recommend quoting the AGC healthcare program or the HCA healthcare program. The AGC program currently uses United Healthcare as the provider, and HCA currently uses AllState (Formerly National General). If you are interested in quoting either of those options click the request quote button below, and information will be e-mailed over to you shortly.
