2.3. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Website. The Website is controlled and operated within the United States and is not intended for use outside of the United States.

2.4. Modifications to the Website: Sanus Benefits reserves the right to modify or discontinue offering the Website at any time without notice and without liability to you or any third party.

3. ACCOUNTS & APPLICATIONS

3.1. Account Registration: If you are a licensed agent, you must register to create an account before you can prepare or submit an insurance application or use certain services on behalf of another person.

3.2. Account Set-Up: You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

3.3. Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Sanus Benefits cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1. Service Fees: Unless you are a licensed health insurance agent, we do not charge you a fee to use the Website. Insurance companies or agents may pay us fees for services and to be matched with users of the Website.

4.2. Price Information: The cost estimates and pricing information provided on the Website are for general reference only and do not represent price guarantees. Final premium rates will be determined by the insurance company.

4.3. Advance Premium Tax Credits: Advance Premium Tax Credits can only be provided from the Health Insurance Marketplace. Our tax credit estimates should be used as a general guide only.

4.4. Payment: You may need to provide payment information to purchase a third-party insurance policy through the Website. Payment information will be shared with the insurance provider and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. USER CONDUCT GUIDELINES

Sanus Benefits disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sanus Benefits' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Website exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Website during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanus Benefits, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Website caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website.
