Free Online Employee Benefits Portal

As a special gift to you, I’m excited to announce the release of the Sanus Benefits Broker Portal. This portal has been an essential tool for me over the past few years, helping me acquire new groups and prospect for more opportunities. Initially, it was built exclusively for my own use as a broker. It includes everything I need—spreadsheeting, plan information, network searches, carrier contacts, client details, and employee data—and automates much of the process.

I’ll admit, I’m a bit lazy, which is why I designed the portal to handle everything related to benefits. My goal was to set it up once and never have to touch it again. However, I realized marketing it has been a slow process, so I decided to make it available to everyone—free of charge.

Why Group Benefits Consultants Need the Sanus Benefits Broker Portal

This portal is a game-changer for brokers looking to streamline their business and take their prospecting to the next level. By automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, your team can focus on what matters most—your clients. As the portal continues to grow and evolve, so will your ability to enhance the client experience. We are the only solution in the market that offers a comprehensive platform for consultants and brokers from start to finish. You can quote, enroll and administer with Sanus Benefits. I have been a consultant/broker myself for 12 years now and I am a third generation consultant as well personally. My whole life has been Employee Benefits and I used all of that to build this portal. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the Sanus Benefits Portal is by far the best tool I have ever used in this field. I am aware of every payroll software, HRIS software, and benefits administration software on the market and I can say with confidence that this is the best tool for consultants and their clients.

Why am I offering this 'Great Benefits Portal' to brokers for free?

That is a great question. This field is inudated with large corporations trying to control and lead the direction of healthcare in this country. Unfortunately for consumers this greed extends from Consultants all the way to Providers. I am trying to change that, and give the power back to the consumer. Open compeition is pivotal to innovation and lower costs for services. While some parties look to stagnate the market through vertical integration and blocking of suppliers, we are leading the charge in providing an open and accessible platform to everyone. If you are a licensed Health/Life Insurance Consultant you can gain access.

Accessing Employee Benefits Portal For Consultants/brokers

To get started, simply create an account by verifying your email and setting up your Authenticator App. Once your account is created, you can use the portal to its fullest extent—free of charge for a limited time.

I have many improvements planned for the portal in the coming days, weeks, and years. If you have any ideas or suggestions that could add value, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at bstevenson@sanusbenefits.com or call me at 832-592-1263. Please, no sales calls. Currently we are only allowing companies we have a GA contract in place with to be shown on platform.

Additionally, you are not allowed to give your clients access to the portal unless you are a licensed broker. I will be verifying your license through the TDI website. If you are not licensed, you will be removed from accessing the portal.

If you are licensed then you will be able to quote and enroll groups on the platform, live chat with groups/employees, give employers year round access, and much more.

While Quoting and Enrolling groups onto the Sanus Benefits Platform is free. Administering groups comes with a small PEPM fee based on group size. This comes with year round employee/employer online access, free reporting assistance, online chat support, access to wellness programs, and employee access to Sanus Benefits App.

I hope you enjoy the portal and that it helps you as much as it has helped me.

Thanks,
Blake Stevenson
